CEP free lunch status is good for 4 years under CEP, but this system will not allow a 4 year expiration date, thus the FEDS/applications expire each year, making it a nightmare to track their free status for the full four years. When the expiration date changes, it also changes the status in GoEdustar and has to be manually overridden.
