Every time we have to search for a student, we have to toggle the last name to first name. First name is our primary search function because last names are difficult to spell and are often times very unique.
Have you tried our browser based POS? The browser based POS has a smart search that allows you to enter the first name or last name without having to toggle? You can contact support to activate it if you haven't already. Meanwhile we can look into adding a default to first name search option.
