Add the ability for teachers/others to enter in head count of meals as a preliminary count.

The cooks need to know approximately how many meals they need to prep for that day. The teachers typically do a head count in the morning to find out how many students will be eating lunch that day. They would like the ability to enter those counts in the computer where the cooks can print a report for each classroom and then the total of all meals combined.
