Adding a hyperlink option to emails

We would like to add a hyperlink to our texts that go out for Low and Negative Balances.

However, I was told this was not an option.

Having a hyperlink in a text would be very helpful for our parents. This would give them a direct link that they could just click on that would go directly to our online payment site.

    Hi and thank you for your submission. URL's should work fine in text messages even though they don't look like a URL in the setup screen. They should display as a URL on the recipients message app. I tested it this afternoon with both Android and Iphone and it did work. I'm going to ask support to reach back out to you.
