Auto-populate parent email address in all email fields

This solution reduces process steps, saves time, and eliminates the margin of error associated with copying and pasting.


Potential Sprint

When the email address field is populated in either the Patron information or the Patron application, allow that email to auto-populate to any blank email fields.

Currently, the field is independent and limits the ability to email eligibility if it is not included in the patron application. Typically, this information is already available in the Patron Information when student imports are completed. I have to copy and paste from here into the patron application email field just to be able to email eligibility.

    Hi Carol,

    Thank you for following up. Yes, I do have the copy application email
    address to the household set up. However, I would like to have a
    bi-directional populating. This allows the household information (patron
    info screen) to also be populated since all other email communications in
    eTrition use this.

    We do have an option in Setup>Application>Configuration that will auto populate the email address from the application to the household.

    if the household (patron information screen) has one set, the eligibility notifications will use that one if the application does not have one.
