Change Order of the Frequency Box

I have had an overwhelming amount of parents place their annual income on the ezmeal application and then say they make that every other week or monthly because that's how often they get paid. Can you change the order on ezmeal app Frequency button to display Annually at the top and then monthly, 2x a week, biweekly, and weekly at the bottom? I am hoping this could help with a little so they see annually first. OR could you have the system calculate the yearly income at the bottom of the page so it would show their annual income calculated out so when they see $1,063,031 for an annual income it would be a red flag to them?
