Add a total meal count to the Browser POS serving screen

When in meal service at the point of sale, the cashiers would like to see a total count of the meals that they've served during that session, without having to back out of service and go in to Statistics. For their users, this is helpful so that the operator knows how many they've specifically rang in during that session.
