Point of Sale option for visually-impaired users

We have had several clients express that some of their end users are visually impaired (color-blindness) and the colors at the point-of-sale are hard for them to see - red, orange, green, blue, etc. To account for this, look in to an option that could be added that would give more of a "grayscale" theme at the point-of-sale and then for things that have to be identified by the color (like the sync status light), replace it with different icons, like a checkbox, an "x", or even a form of emoji that would translate appropriately.
