I think we would handle this a little differently than the recurring payments for meal payments and have some settings on the store item itself so you can set the appropriate frequencies and then the parents could subscribe to it. I’d like it to make it really nice so they could get an email in advance so they aren’t surprised, with the ability to cancel the auto pay etc.
I want to be careful with auto charging for something a parent may have canceled.
For something like the band equipment rentals, how do you handle those? Is it always monthly or quarterly? Can they pay for everything up front or is it always a recurring fee? Any info you can provide would be helpful as we gather requirements for this.
