In the template where you build a recipe, it would be helpful to have HACCP categories to check and then build a report of the items that are all in one category. For example, for things that are No Cook such as baby carrots, ranch dressing, a tossed salad, or a Super Donut you would check that box in the recipe and (if you add a report to pull those things) we could pull a report of all the things we serve that are No Cook. Then you could have a category for items that are Non-TCS Foods, Same Day Service recipes or for Complex Preparation recipes. These are standard HACCP categories. There is a "Hot Food" box to check but these categories would be helpful to have available for when we have food safety reviews and we need to categorize all of our recipes. It would save a lot of work from doing it by hand on a spreadsheet.
