Would be nice to have a way for eTrition to report on production recipes where the amount of leftovers exceeds a certain percentage of what was originally produced - for example, 100 cookies are produced and there are 75 left over - so leftovers are 75%, indicating that too many are being produced. Currently you can see this in reports but there is no way to filter/see just these items that exceed a certain percentage threshold.
perhaps the production summary would be a good place to filter for items with a high leftover rate?
