Transferring user settings and templates to a new user or employee for access rather than recreating.

Currently there is not a way for another employee to access templates and reports already created by another user. It would be nice to copy someone's profile or give access to another employee in your organization rather than reinventing the wheel or starting over from scratch. We ran into this when the current employee of six years moved to another position and we had to fill the position with a new employee.
