Give parents the ability to check FRL app status

Since parents don't get their eligibility letter immediately due to processing, our district gets a HUGE number of emails asking about the status of their app or if we even got it in the first place. I was told Primero Edge allowed families to see their app status via their parent portal. This seems like a no brainer feature that I would love to see!
