Please log the history of application changes somewhere. Currently when an application is changed with the same start, there's no history maintained. One possibility is create comment on the patron information - comments tab. The information that would be helpful is to show the old app number and the new app number, the old eligibility and the new eligibility. Please refer to ticket 5368726 for a lot more detail about this request.
Hi - we do log a comment on all application activity. But, as you have noted, the comments are attached to the application and are not visible once that application has been inactivated and is not visible.
We may be able to add something to the patron information screen that allows you to view all application comments and we can look at adding an additional comment when an application is ended and a new one is entered if necessary.
