Ability to retrieve custom field information for unenrolled students

I want to retrieve the custom field information for unenrolled patrons. An example would be patron 903632. If I run the custom field detail report, select unenrolled or all patrons, it should include this patron. However, the patron is not included in the report. If you test this, I'd suggest specifically selecting the patron so the report doesn't take minutes to run. Something is preventing unenrolled patrons from being included in the report. Please improve the report. Even better would be if we can include custom fields in the patron data report.
