We have data imports from our school information system, PowerSchool, where it transfers information in the Allergies field in PowerSchool to the Alerts field in eTrition. For any changes to the information made in the Allergies field, we'd like to receive an alert that a change has been made.
this is a good idea for an alert to add to our alert and messaging feature.
Would you like alerts ONLY when it is updated by the system (import) or any time anyone updates allergies? We could probably make it optional to do either or both.
