Email High Priority Notifications

We're not always at our computers to check etrition, most admin have email pushed to their phones. A quick email specifically for high priority alerts would benefit those of us on the move. Maybe add a way for other users to subscribe to as well, in the case of yesterdays alert for slowness, it would elevate the number of calls IT departments and directors get. Or at least if they could subscribe they would be aware of the situation.
