Ability to shut off allergy alerts at POS system by student without loosing allergy information.

We have several high school students who manage their own allergies so we do not need our POS to alert us to their allergy but we still want them in the system as having said allergy so we can sort our patrons by allergy type to know how many of a specific allergy we have in the building.
