Add "Total" option to reports under menu planning/production (Production Summary)

It would be extremely helpful if when running the "Production Summary" report, there was an option to provide a total. Right now we are running the report for multiple school sites to look at specific menu item usages and we are having to add every school site manually to get the total used district-wide. Report example attached.
