Civil Rights Data From - CACFP and SFSP programs

Each each for the Summer Meals Program and the CACFP Supper program I have to report on civil rights information on Race and Ethnicity information on meals served at a location. While the suggested method is Self-Report using POS data is another approved method. Since students have to use their ID it makes sense to use that data point instead of completing more paper work which in my case is 2000 plus documents.
