Purchasing Screen - Digital Signatures for Purchase Orders

We would like to request the ability to add digital signatures to Purchase Orders within eTrition.

Currently, approvals are logged in the Comments tab, but signed Purchase Orders still need to be printed and manually signed. It would be helpful if approved users could electronically sign POs within the system and have the signed version retained as part of the PO record.

This would streamline the approval process, reduce paper, improve record retention, and strengthen internal controls by keeping approvals and supporting documentation in one place. It would also make it easier to provide documentation during audits and reviews.
