If etrition would somehow link the students of the same households together, it would help us ensure that all students of that house hold were free. Take the DC kids, yes there on the list, but who else lives in the house that could benefit from free meals. Sometimes we do not find out until after 10-1 that there were siblings. I know other meals software company's have this feature and I think etrition could help in this area. it would increase our Free and reduce % for sure.
In version 7.9.44, which will be installed to our servers on July 13, 2023, our team is releasing a new add-on module - Direct Certification Household Matching! This new module provides districts with the ability to easily extend benefits to other students in the system by matching household address, phone, and/or parent name - gone are the days of having to run reports and manually matching and extending benefits, saving tons of labor hours from your team!
With the Direct Certification Household Matching, districts can increase reimbursement revenue by capturing more extended benefits early, as well as increase free and reduced counts to assist with Community-Eligible qualifications and other district reporting requirements.
