Email alert for directors

Hi,

I don't know if it's an option, but I would like to get a daily email alert if my school site does not submit an end-of-the-day report. Ideally, I would get a notification if a school site submits an unusually low or high report. If email notifications are not an option, could there be a dashboard notification?
