filter by patron type

There are some reports that don't allow one to filter by patron type. I've noticed this in the Patron Account area specifically (two examples are below). I'd like to have this option as I currently have no way to look at just students or just adults. If one uses the search function to list the patrons of that type and then uses select all, it only selects the patrons on the first page of the results so that doesn't help.
