On the web POS, our staff would like to see more detail in the transaction history. Instead of just showing meal and a la carte totals, list which meal was purchased and which specific a la a carte items were purchased.
Currently, if our cashiers want to quickly see if they charged a student for the correct items, they have no way to determine that once the student screen is closed. While the information can be seen in eTrition Central, they need this information immediately and have no time to look it up elsewhere.
We need to be able to see exactly what a patron purchased so that we can void that item. Right now you have to wait until a break or at the end and look it up through the back of the house and then void off the item and possibly enter other items back through the POS. Way too many clicks and screens in this software.
