Allow users to use the arrow keys to navigate through the grid on Production records

From Fontana USD - in Production, while you can tab through the various fields in the grid to enter in the values, users would like to be able to use the arrow keys to move up and down instead of just left to right. Right now, the only option is to use the tab or click each field with the mouse.
