Ability to create transfers from recipes like creating transfers from a menu. This is for the central kitchen to be able to know how much product to request from the warehouse. The central kitchen does not have a production record created and we really don't want to have to go through that every cycle. Instead, on the transfer screen, there should be an option to fill the items from a recipe with the option to put in the number of serving we want to create.

This makes sense! I think adding an 'add from recipe' option would probably be pretty straightforward since we already have the ability to add from a recipe when we look them up on the production.
An option is to have the central kitchen add a production record for the items they want to make and then use the 'add from production' with order raw goods flag checked. Then, they can even use that production record to remove the items from inventory when they are done. Just a thought.
I can enter a ticket to add an 'add from recipe' option but I'm not sure what the timeline will be yet.
I heard that there will be a new feature coming out that will allow us to create transfers of the raw product based on the projected numbers of finished goods on the meal production record. The new feature is good, but there are very many times when our production is making items that are not yet on a menu. Also for example, our kettle area will need to make marinara sauce that becomes an ingredient for multiple recipes over many days but does not need the other raw ingredients that go along with those finished goods recipes. By allowing transfers to be generated from very specific recipes, it will be a cleaner process for our team.
