Include Cycle Menu Description/Name in Nutrient Analysis Report for Cycle Menu

The Nutrient Analysis report for Cycle Menus does not include the description or name of the cycle menu. It only has the week numbers listed. This gets confusing when you are printing nutrient analysis reports from multiple cycle menus.
