Add ability to print school year calendar

Add the ability to print an Serving Day Calendar in the calendars area and also make the report available in reports area. This would include all exceptions and Holidays on the Calendar. We would want the Calendar to have the ability to print by the month or full year. Lane Melton and I talked about adding this new feature and we decided to add this enhancement. This was submitted through Jira and I am adding to AHA...This would benefit all customers that get audited that are required to provide a Serving day calendar to the auditor
