.East Whittier City Elementary is requesting: Currently the Verification Tracking report contains basic information about the application was selected for verification income and whether the application is error prone etc.. This works well but in a scenario where the application was modified the income changes and there is no detail stating what has changed on the application.... ...We would like to add two additional options to the report that the user can choose if desired. (check box in the options area)...1) include Application comments since the beginning of the selection for verification....2) include application income at time of selection for verification (this would be useful if the income changes from original income)... ...These options being added would enhance/assist the auditor and customer ability to identify Error prone application income changes and help identify who and why an application was modified....

Thank you for your submission. If we add the comments to the report, that will include the income before and after since we log that as a comment.
Once the income is changed, we don't retain the prior income (which is why we log the comment) so adding that second option wouldn't be possible.
