On the family web site, make the "Learn More" button go away if there's no URL configured

Please make the "Learn More" button disappear if no "Learn More URL" is configured under Home/Setup/System/Family Website Configuration on the General Setup tab. Currently, the button remains and just opens a blank browser tab. Alternatively, if this is not possible for some reason, make the "Learn More URL" a required field so it's clear it can't be left blank.
