Add a site-specific "permanent" comment on the MPRs.
Should be applicable for multiple days and can include template messages.

Hi I would need more information on the requirements for this. This is something that would just print on the MPR? Where would it print? What does 'across multiple days' mean if the comment is permanent and site specific wouldn't it show on every day? What is a template message? An example would be helpful so I can understand the use case for these.
