Celeste from Paramount would like to see a Meal Pattern report for the Production Menus as an option. This suggestion came through the Meal Planning Webinar. That way when her staff 'goes rogue' and makes changes to Production, she can make sure it is still in compliance. There are reports for Production Nutrient Analysis but not Meal Patterns.
We can't do a meal pattern analysis from the Production records mainly because, on the menus the user is designing them by checking the entree boxes, and checking whether something contributes to the minimum vegetables and checks whether they want legumes to count as meat at lunch or meat to count as grains at breakfast. By the time everything gets to the production record, we know none of that information.
